What is Hive

Hive is a data analytics engine that ingests data from training, wargaming and experimentation simulations and presents performance metrics and dashboards to provide immediate feedback and reinforce individual and organisational learning.

With support for all in service live, virtual and constructive simulations Hive delivers common analytics across multiple environments.

Dashboards are presented in real time and can be optimised by the user to show individual and team performance, as well as support the after action review.

Hive 3.0 is the biggest update for Hive in 3 years. It opens the door now to meaningful long term performance and trend analysis for adopting organisations, and does it across the breadth of their Live, Virtual, and Constructive simulated environments.

Latest Features

— ORBAT Filtering

Do you need the capability to measure the performance of individual units singled out from within a larger training simulation?

Users can now use Hive to group and organise simulation entities within an ORBAT hierarchy, and then dynamically select and filter these on the dashboard.

This feature enables individuals and commanders to quickly see performance metrics relevant to them, and presents a framework for comparison between units.

— ORBAT Editor UI
— Live mission data

— Time and Space Analytics

Would you benefit from seeing the bigger picture after a training mission?

The Hive dashboard now presents a summary map at mission end; showing the trails of all simulation entities and the location of all fire, impact and detection events.

Users can quickly identify areas of interest as part of a larger combined arms tactical action, and then create new time or terrain specific measurements.
