Last week, the Cervus team had the pleasure of attending the Employee Benefits Awards 2026—an event that celebrates innovation, impact, and excellence in workplace benefits across the UK.

A Day of Inspiration and Recognition
While we didn’t take home the award this year, we couldn’t be more pleased to have been part of such an inspiring event. The day was filled with insightful conversations, valuable connections, and the opportunity to learn from organisations that are truly leading the way in employee wellbeing and benefits.
