Alan Roan Begins Secondment as Head of Transformation and Change at Omnia

Alan Roan has officially started his new secondment with Omnia as Head of Transformation and Change. Alan brings extensive experience in leading strategic change, operational improvement, and large-scale transformation programmes. In this role, he will be supporting Omnia’s continued growth and driving key transformation across the organisation.
