Last night we joined a select group of Swindonites and Wiltshire Geeks and Tech Lovers at the annual Techies awards.
Sadly, due to COVID, the event was held virtually but that didn’t stop us having a great time. We really enjoyed tucking into our ” Techies Tuck Pack” which showcased Wiltshire producers. Our favourite was the Downton Distillery Gin , blended next to our office in Salisbury.
To our immense surprise we were finalists in the ‘Driven by Data’ category.
The other finalists in this award are incredible companies (Infinity Nation and Mango Solutions (the winners)) and therefore we are hugely humbled by getting to the final three.
We also see this as a win for South Wiltshire. Often forgotten and in the shadow of Swindon, there is a great deal of unsung digital innovation going on in the Salisibury area, particularly around Porton Science Park.
We are utterly gobsmacked! We have previously won a couple of international defence awards but this is the first time we have been recognised at home and in the wider digital sector. Its a great honour and it just goes to show what you can achieve with a great team and a passion for making a difference! Finaly, huge congratulations to Mango Solutions and Infinity Nation.
