Who We’re Looking For
This role will drive the successful delivery, integration and governance of our training dataexploitation products and services that enable our customers’ transition to datadriven collective training.
As the central coordination point, the Delivery Manager will oversee planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery management, and business growth. They will ensure our technical, analytical, and operational teams work seamlessly to deliver consistent, repeatable, and scalable value across exercises and training centres.
This position requires a confident communicator to operate effectively across office, remote, and field environments to work closely with soldiers, evaluators and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Skills:
- Lead programme delivery across multiple technical and analytical workstreams, ensuring outputs meet all requirements.
- Own schedules, milestones, risks, and reporting structures to maintain coherent, predictable delivery.
- Coordinate inputs from primes, MOD, coalition partners, and SMEs to ensure alignment and integration.
- Maintain strong configuration management, documentation control, and audit‑ready governance artefacts.
- Shape the long‑term data exploitation capability roadmap, championing advanced analytics, AI, and data standards.
- Drive cross‑functional team leadership, development, and best‑practice methods.
- Act as primary liaison with our customers and wider stakeholders, translating technical outputs into actionable insight.
- Oversee operational support to exercises and ensure compliance with Defence governance, security, assurance, and data standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Significant practical and leadership experience of managing multi‑disciplinary teams within digital, data, defence, or training environments.
- Understanding of data exploitation, analytics, or Live, Virtual or Constructive (LVC) training architectures.
- Proven experience delivering complex technical or analytical projects.
- Strong understanding of project and programme management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into operational/strategic impact.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders across MOD or similar regulated environments.
- Strong organisational, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to obtain UK level Security Clearance (SC).
- A sense of humour and a positive, collaborative mindset.
We’d love it you also have:
- Experience in Army collective training, EXCON, simulation, or readiness assessment.
- Knowledge of Defence procurement, assurance, or transformation programmes.
- Background in data analytics, systems engineering, or operational research.
- Experience working with primes, SMEs, and coalition partners.
- A UK driving licence.

Working location:
- This role will primarily be based at either our Bristol or Westbury offices and operates through a flexible hybrid working model, including the option for regular home working.
- The Delivery Manager should expect routine travel to UK and European training areas (such as Salisbury Plain, Otterburn, Sennybridge, and Sennelager) to support integration activities, exercise planning, and on‑site coordination with training data teams. Additional travel to MOD sites, prime‑contractor facilities, and occasional coalition training centres may also be required in line with programme needs.
